This newly remodeled multi-level home is situated not far from the Sunset Strip, off of Londonderry Place. It recently underwent extensive architectural remodeling in order to bring it into the present moment with special attention on expanding the interior spaces and making use of an expansive floor plan. Geometric shapes make up the masterful exterior framework and instantly uplift this once outdated structure into the present with an artful, unique aesthetic.

Centuries old materials such as wood, brick, copper, and stone were all deliberately fused into the interior spaces in order to craft a modern architectural wonder with a nod to the past, creating a well-rounded space. Our redesign flawlessly melded contemporary elements with rustic motifs to elevate it into modernism, free from compromise.

We built a generous indoor wooden sauna, and a brick-lined wine cellar, to update the home to new heights. The backyard was also redesigned with plenty of outdoor seating and large wooden balconies for our clients to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
